Hj.Hairul Anuar Bin Hj. Harun  has over 25 years of experience in the business field and has gone through various challenges in the business industry. On 14 January 2009 he established Hariss Zakwan Sdn Bhd (HZSB) and is active as a road maintenance contractor registered with the Contractor Service Center (PKK) and the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) Grade 4 with paid -up capital and authorized capital of the company. amounting to RM 250,000.

In 2012 he was more focused and active in the field of road maintenance and began to build the expertise of a skilled workforce as well as excellent machinery. In line with the development of modern technology today, he was one of the first individuals to introduce the CIPR (Cold In Place Recycling) method. The CIPR method is a process of recycling the entire pavement with some of the material at the bottom, namely the road base with the addition of a stabilizing agent. Among the advantages of the CIPR method is that the original construction materials are recycled and mixed with stabilizing agents to make the road site strong and the use of less external materials than the normal method. By using the CIPR method as well, the construction time can be shortened compared to normal repair work that involves the reconstruction of the road site.
